Purchasing a Parking Permit 

North Beach Parking Permit – Upper Lot Access (Forest Park Beach)

  • Read through the Procedures Upper Lot Permit document.  Click Here
  • Complete the 2026-2027 Application and include payment of $85. Click Here
  • One permit will be issued per household.
  • Mail or submit in person to: City of Lake Forest, 800 N. Field Drive, Lake Forest, IL 60045
