The meeting was called to order at 7:31 pm by Chairman Pytlarz.

Members present were Cheryl Pytlarz, Robert Busscher, William McCole, Keith Gray. Absent was Thomas Millar, Michael Oberman and John Swift.

Regarding continuation of Case No. 09-V-1; Sanctuary Estates, St. Mary’s Road: Levin/St. Mary’s Road, LLC, several objectors made statements against the requested variance. Written objections to the proposed variance were received.

Exhibits supplied by Michael Cummins, representing the applicant were admitted, with Mr. Cummins answering questions of the board.

Chairman Pytlarz moved to continue the hearing so that more board members could be present, to participate in the deliberation and recommendation to the Village Board of Trustees for this case. Second by Busscher, all voted in favor.

Chairman Pytlarz moved to close the public hearing, second by Busscher, all voted in favor.

Motion to adjourn by Chairman Pytlarz at 8:25 pm, second by Gray. All voted in favor.
