MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE MEMBERS OF THE ROAD AND TRAIL COMMITTEE AND THE COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILAGE OF METTAWA, LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS, HELD AT THE HOUR OF 7:30 P.M. ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 15, 2009 IN THE HILTON INN HOTEL AT 26225 N. RIVERWOODS BLVD., METTAWA, ILINOIS.

1. CALL TO ORDER

Chairman Armstrong called the meeting to order, at approximately 5:40 p.m.

1. Roll Call

Upon a call of the roll, the following persons were:

Present: Trustee Tindall, Trustee Brennan and Chairman Armstrong

1. Discussion of Road Issues. The following were discussed.

1) It was moved by Trustee Tindall, seconded by Trustee Brennan to accept Pave Tech as the lowest responsible bidder responding to the Village request for bids for road repairs.

Upon a call of the Roll, the following voted:

Aye: Trustee Brennan, Trustee Tindall and Chairman Armstrong.

Nay: None.

Chairman Armstrong declared the motion carried.

2) Discussion of Riverwoods Blvd. as a percentage of the total costs.

1. Adjournment

With no further items to be discussed, Chairman Armstrong declared the meeting adjourned at 5:51 pm
